I came from an IT background and I don’t have any baking experience. Since I have my children always requesting me to bake their favorite bread- Spanish bread. I have many trials and errors with baking and even though I followed the instructions carefully from the recipe I found online, there are times that i really have to give up. Until I keep trying it again and again and from scratch, i have learned to at least perfect it for my children.
When you see those faces of your children, you feel like you have accomplished something valuable for them. I feel like I did my job great and was wondering if I will get paid for the job well done. And Yes, it was fully paid of good memories with them and an extra kiss and hug from them. I don’t claim I’m good at baking but at least if you want to achieve something, you are going to do your best. I have a few tips that At least I’ve learned from it and it is to get the dough perfect. I have never used bread maker but i know it is very useful for those busy moms. However, for my baking, im just using a bread mixer or my hands to mix and knead my dough and when you achieve it, you will never go wrong on your next baking adventure. 😍
